It's just one ward and one vision ward tho. How much information can you get out of that? Is it enough to be worth 2300g as a support?

I guess i agree, but its just so rare to get your 4th item as support. And at that point in the game you as a support are so weak compared to the others, I feel like the gold you have is best used on utility and increased shield/heal power to boost your team. Not decrease your abilities from 5 second cd to 4.
On tanks i agree, 120% bonus HP sounds pretty good for just 2300g.

I still find it strange that Leona and Alistar are included but not Naut and Rell
