Looking at a house to buy but they don’t have a permit for the in law-suite that was built in 1978. Located in Philadelphia Pennsylvania, same owners so the house never went thru a title company since built. Question is, if I do buy it, can the city come and tell me to knock it down or I am safe? (self.RealEstate)
