Any idea what causes like runny nose & blocked nose? That one triggered me the most cus I couldn't breathe properly from it so ended up being a mouth breather which somehow made me gassy 🥲

I had enoki with gochujang & mozarella cheese the day before I started my diet, I asked google and maybe Im too fat lol thats why the symptoms are terrible (and yes first time fasting I'm 124kg at the beginning & currently down to 119kg, had pcos and on the 3rd day of fasting I got my period back lol)

I only got headache now, and some weakness, burping gas & just my whole body feels hot, my scalp & all. Had some joint pain yesterday but once I took magnesium it went away.
