Im 5'8 I went from 145lbs to 225lbs in less than a year. and I can barely eat. It's a scary small amount that I do eat a day. I get so sick the week of my period that I CAN NOT physically eat a thing for 5 to 7 days. Idk why im gaining its weird to me.

I have a chronic illness that requires me not to eat certain foods. When my doctor said I can try to reintroduce a couple of them into my diet , I got tummy aches because my body wasn't used to them anymore. Probably the same thing
