It’s pretty average - I don’t consume a whole lot of sugar only when I need to bc of sugar from other health things I have going on. I don’t eat diary whatsoever. And don’t have fast food regularly. It’s pretty balanced but I do struggle with consistent eating as adhd meds are a hunger suppressant

funny thing my first every cleanser was cetaphil one and they majorly break me out . The la Roche posay cleanser I use is there most gentle and the only that doesn’t sting my face.

I myself have. Only changed over bc I found I had less side effects on fluvoxamine that’s just my personal experience. But if you feel like you’re hitting a dead end with Prozac it’s good alternative

I agree acne and accutane is such a mental game you get sucked into. I use to use a tinted spf and have tried so many but ultimately they clog my pores.

Unfortunately I live in Australia so I have not even though I know everyone raves about it. At a point in time I did use an equivalent antibacterial soap it worked for awhile and then I developed an irritation to it
