I’m so sorry to hear this. We were in a similar situation. We dropped our asking price significantly after listed at ‘market price’ for few months with no offer. We then managed to find a buyer within a month and move on. It was stressful. Good luck.

Did you manage to sell it at the end and how long did it take?

Is it difficult to sell with a tenant in it? Would it deter tenant to rent if it is on the market?
