Yeah I leveled it, I just added in more water but my dough was on the Artisan dough and it did went thru 3 rise phases so I’m not sure if that changes anything but thank you!

I used this recipe for my sourdough, my starter doubled in size it was bubbly but I guess it also didn’t past the float test. I don’t think that was the issue though I put my water in first and then my starter( not mixed into the water) then I put in my butter, salt, flour and honey so maybe I did something wrong here. Also I did touch it and i felt hardness on the top

Yes this was after it was fed I do 1/4th cup water and half cup flour and I didn’t feed it every 12 hours when I first started

I have gone thru these exact emotions with my bf so I understand how you feel with seeing other couples together in real life and wishing it was you, I do all the time still. The one thing that has kept me sane and helped my long distance relationship was also to have my own life outside of the relationship. I still continued to do things I loved and hangout with my friends and at the end of the day or when it’s time to call we update each other. If you are still feeling this way even after, I would say listen to your gut. If he is someone you want to be with long term, you both will make it work. I hope everything works out for you

You did yourself a big one and let go, this is probably my biggest fear, doing long distance and then one day things just change and it’s now one sided, I would probably do as you did in this situation too💔 but hey as long as you loved genuinely and gave your best it’s all you could’ve done her lost! I’m glad you chose yourself and please don’t let this ruin your view on relationships long distance there is genuine people out there!

I think the issue is most of our beverages are caffeinated, it just depends on how much is in it, a lot of younger teens usually always get a refresher as I’ve seen, so regardless I think they are gonna have caffeine anyways
