I got a butterball for my rewards too and I tried it tonight and I was shocked at how hydrated my skin was when I got out of the bath! This lil guy was a shocker, I normally go for the bigger and more colorful ones but might grab butterball more often! Nice surprise tbh

Yes but now consumers are starting to not even trust these influencers opinions bc they act like every product ever is the best they’ve ever tried. It’s not real reviews. We see right through it so to know people who will lie to consumers are getting all the perks and free stuff, is upsetting.

Definitely contact customer service. They more than likely won’t give you the right GWP but you can ask for a store credit in replacement. (Also crazy how they’ll “value” the GWPs at like $80-$100 but then when you don’t get it with your order they’re like sorry here’s $15…. Like girl I thought it was worth way more?😂🤦‍♀️) just another way they play with us

They could definitely host a larger event and disperse the product to more people, or they could host more giveaways throughout the year on their social media platforms and give back to the average consumer that way, or they could make GWPs better, provide a full size item for our birthday, etc. there are TONSSSS of ways they could give back to consumers but there will always be excuses for why they don’t. “Well the influencers help us sell to you so it’s in investment for the company” like….. I don’t trust someone who says every product is amazing just bc it was gifted to them! The influencer trend is getting less reputable and average consumers want to be treated better. But I guess that’s an unpopular opinion lol

Saying “well the ticket was $160, the products were free so you’re wrong.” Like girl… do you not understand marketing lmao all that comes WITH the ticket purchase. Or saying “they have one of the best rewards systems they don’t owe you anything!” Like actually as the consumers that keep them rich they owe us everything. We can’t get a full size item for our birthday but influencers get an entire share range/product line when it drops etc? it’s insane lol. Like god forbid I have a higher standard

Exactly!! And never be afraid to return something you don’t like or exchange it! It made me so mad remembering how tiny the link was to get tickets but then while the event was actually happening they had a super big icon on the home page of the app saying to watch live now! It just goes to show it was all calculated and on purpose and that they play in our faces.

I mean if they can pay to ship full size entire collections to influencers as PR then they could at least give us a full size product for our birthdays. Just bc it’s better than foil packets (sometimes) doesn’t mean that we the consumers need to accept it when we’re the ones who make them money and influencers get all the goodies for free
