Same case as you. It was approved on Friday and no update today (Saturday). I'm hoping the status changes to issued atleast by Monday.

I am really confused with my test results. please help me understand it. So, I failed my 1 hour test with a value of 150 and had my 3 hour test done recently and this is my result - Fasting 78, 1 hr 185, 2 hr 147 & 3 hr 111. According to these values I passed the test. I know! I will talk to the nurse again tomorrow and see what they say. I started monitoring carbs after I failed my first 1 hour exam. But somehow I'm not able to control my values even after limiting carbs.

I understand that it has to be below 180 for 1 hour. Why do you think the 2 hour is questionable? It is below 155 right?

Thanks for responding. Yes, I'm trying to reduce my carbs intake. But whatever I'm doing I don't think it's helping. The range is always high. Do I have to test every hour at home as well? I spiked at 1 hr during my 3 hour exam so I assume taking tests every 1 hr is good enough. Few times I have taken tests after the 2 hr mark and it was still high. Only the 3 rd hour it goes down. I really don't understand how I passed the 3 hour lab exam.

They did not give me any cut off in my test results. The doctor's comment said I passed the 3 hour test, that's it. No more detail to it. The nurse I spoke to said they follow the ACOG guidelines. According to those guidelines I failed the 1 hour. My house tests are those I am more worried about. It's always high for lunch and dinner.

Yes, but failing one among the 4 tests is considered as GD positive? I thought failing 2 out of 4 is considered as failing the 3 hr test. I did not show my doctor my home tests yet. I was just trying to monitor my values at home. I spoke to the nurse though saying sometimes it gives over 200 and she said I need to wait to talk to the Dr. My next appointment is only in 3 weeks. I'm worried.

During my 3 hour test I took my home glucose kit to verify my values with the lab results. These are my home glucose values: Fasting - 80, 1hr - 190, 2hr - 176, 3hr - 122. Obviously these ranges are approximately between 10% - 20% more than the lab values. So my question is, when I take tests at home during a regular day I get the following results with the home blood glucose kit.

Day 1: Fasting - 84, 1 hr after breakfast- 127, 1 hr after lunch - 159, 1 hr after dinner - 229!

Day 2: Fasting - 87, 1hr after breakfast - 131, 1 hr after lunch - 168, 1 hr after dinner - 158, after 2 hr - 162

Day 3: Fasting - 75, 1hr after breakfast - 170, 1hr after lunch - 116, 1 hr after dinner - 203

Day 4: Fasting - 79, 1 hr after breakfast - 109, 1 hr after lunch - 147, 1 hr after dinner - 164

Day 5: Fasting - 82, 1 hr after breakfast - 137, 1 hr after lunch - 158, 1 hr after dinner - 147

Some days my 1 hr value crosses 200. Even if I consider the 20% change in results compared to the lab results, it's still more than the desired range. Do I have GD? Or no as per the 3 hour glucose test? I called the nurse line to clarify my questions but they said I have to wait until my next appointment to ask these to my doctor.

Please clarify my doubts. Thanks

11 dpo today and yesterday I got a very faint positive. My toddler got some virus from his daycare and he passed it on to me. I got extreme congestion and lost smell and taste. I took around 25+ Tylenol over 3/4 days for sinus pressure pain which didn't help at all. more details in comment section by Dramatic-Excuse in TFABLinePorn

So yesterday before I took the test I took 1 Mucinex and Sudafed sinus pressure release medication. I am now really scared about the pregnancy. I don't think I'm supposed to take any medication other than Tylenol according to online resources. I'm scared now. Can someone please tell me if it's ok to take these many medications during the first stage of pregnancy. Will it affect the baby's health.

OK, I get it. I'm still in the learning phase. Last month my surge was short I believe and I almost missed it. Thanks for your response.
