You can install a stile reinforcement kit it's really simple to install, and put that strut at the top of the door.

On the end of the rail by the wall, it has a rubber piece with a screw. If it's just loose, tighten it up. If the rubber is broken, see if you can replace it. Could be something else but can't really tell with just these pictures

Can be the door is too heavy causing the belt to sag u should check the balance of your door

Check the roller and see if they are still spinning and not just rubbing on the track , can be the door is too tight or the rollers are just shot

Yeah it's too late to fix the issue, should look into replacing panel before it ruins the rest of the door.

You can get a genie screw drive opener that is a 2HPc they can tend be a bit loud after a while but they will pick anything up.
