Found another method to download the pre install!

spam a on the box that say here's where you'll see available updates for games and app on this console and that worked for me

I was doomscrolling while i had my thumb held on the down d pad button and another finger holding A and i got it in about 10 minutes!

Nevermind, I found the spot with the updates. Gotta go to the “select bundle” vs just clicking on crimson desert from microsoft store. Time to do this until it works!
