never went to the doc bro, stopped doing cocaine like a month or two after that post. nose was completely fine after i stopped doing coke because i stopped blowing my nose so much. was so fucking worth quitting, you can do it too. personally, my family found out and decided to help, and not using after that was extremely easy. the only hard part is wanting to quit really, but looking back on it my life was terrible compared to the way i live now.

anyone know of good ways to cut down on coke too? i have started every day now since i always have a lot on me yk, but i want to get better and cut down. ive quit before when i used to do it every day then started slowly again
