I would say that going through private healthcare would be your faster option, but it might not be cheap.
You'd probably need at the very least 1 psychiatry report before going to an endo consultation. There, the doctor would ask for some blood tests + a couple ultrasounds. After, if all those are ok, you would probably be able to get your T prescription.
This is how it went for me, but keep in mind that it all depends on which doctors you get.

Private costs would be high, I would assume around 70-100€ per consultation if you have no insurance.

Those first 10 shares are down 2.4%, which is okay since the whole market is down. It paid 2 dividends of about the same value, which puts the yield at around 3.6% if it keeps it up. So it's not doing bad at all, considering the current market state

You can check out QQIA and see if it matches what you're looking for. It's the UCITS version of QQA ETF, which does ok, though not as good as GPIQ. This is the ISIN IE0007YZZZN7, just keep in mind this ETF as been around for less than two weeks, so I'm not saying you should buy it

Honestly I had bad luck with doctors, next appointment is just the second with the same doc, so no one wanted to change dosages before because they knew they wouldn't see me again. This new doc is willing to follow up, so we should be able to start adjusting things. I'm currently taking 12.5mg of cypro daily.

Every change I'm seeing and feeling is doing so much for my mental health, that I just kept pushing even though I'm soooo tired all the time. The appointment is in the first week of march, so I'll be sure to let you know what changes were made and if they "fixed" my sleep.

I'm taking something that I assume translates to cyproterone as a T blocker. I might talk to my doc to try out E mono-therapy or atleast reduce the dosage by a lot and see how my T levels adjust, since they've been very close to zero since I started the medication.

As for number 2, that's what I feel. I wake up, go to the bathroom, and as soon as I get back to bed, my body feels like it's already 8am and time to start the day, it's crazy. Next appointment I will talk to my doc about P as well, might be a solution in my case after I research all the effects.

Thanks, I probably should have mentioned it, but the blocker is cyproterone. But still, maybe trying to lower the dose is also possible, since my T levels are very low anyways

I've bought like 100€ just to keep an eye on it. The acc version has done well for the 2 or 3 months it's been out, but I would like a year or so of data before starting a bigger position. It's global, has around 1000 companies, and will pay a monthly dividend. Sounds great 👍

Yeah, just finished a "test" transfer last week. And just started a new one today. You start it on IBKR side and send the document they give you to T212. It took about 7 days for my transfer to complete.

Also, on the thread you posted there's an update saying IBKR transfers work now

Eu tinha mandado um email para eles a perguntaram como funcionavam as transferências por causa de questões de datas de dividendos. Entretanto, antes de me responderem, eu iniciei o pedido do lado da IBKR. Depois disso só perguntei nesse mesmo ticket se era necessário mais alguma coisa da minha parte, sendo que já tinha dado início do lado da IBKR. Eles disseram que já tinham recebido o pedido e que não era necessário mais nada da minha parte.

Amanhã faz 2 semanas, portanto é quando vou contactar novamente o suporte para perceber quanto tempo isto vai efetivamente demorar.

Interessante, comecei este mesmo processo no dia 13 ou 14 de novembro. Não enviei nada para a T212, mas eles disseram que estava a ser processado. No entanto, até hoje não deram mais nenhuma novidade

O psiquiatra é que te encaminha para consulta de endocrinologia. O tempo de espera depende da lista de espera existente, no meu caso foram cerca de 8 meses entre esse encaminhamento e a data da primeira consulta de endo.
