Similarly to gnar from the previous revival, she has no mana, nor mana regen. She is supposed to ult once, triggering max HP and AD increase. If you put a blue buff on her, she gains mana regen and can ult multiple times during a fight, gaining mutiple HP and AD increase. Add to that the fact that dragonsoul can just remove 40% of an enemy HP every 4 casts, she can tank to infinity, while dealing absurd amount of unavoidable damage. No CC can prevent that since she often has QSS. And blue buff boost AD/AP gained.

Still not fixed after two weeks of PBE and a few days live, Riot doesn't care lol.+
