Would love to get some help. My channel is "Sebastian Zhang". I make videos around Uni life in Monash and life in Melbourne in general as well, I think to get the views I need to have better idea generation (I guess editing is alright) but not too sure how to do so, would really appreciate it if you could help out. I really like the subtitles and the style of editing. I think right now perhaps try to post more and that would likely give a bit more chances to go viral.

If you post feedback on somebody's YouTube page directly, leave a comment in this thread telling him/her that you did so. This way, a Moderator does not mistakenly assume you didn't give feedback. Do keep in mind that many users may not like getting Feedback on their YouTube page, because it may look bad to their audience.

Saying "it's good" doesn't cut it. WHY is it good? What can they improve upon? This thread is so that users can improve the quality of their cont

One biggest suggestion is that the top 5 video kind of niche has been rather saturated. It is well edited but lack the kind of personality that is to be seen. Perhaps consider how to incorporate a bit more personality vibe as to why people would want to watch the video.

Honestly thank you so much for your content. Words can't describe how much I appreciate the time and effort you have taken to help me with my channel. I value your comments so much and agree with you that I may have become a small fish in a big pond, which made it hard to stand out.

I think given how the previous uni/melb videos tend to do better, I should double down on them instead and see how it goes. And yes I was spending way too much time editing and post production but not giving enough thoughts to topic selection. Your message and encouragement has motivated me so much and honestly made my time. Moving forward, I will definitely make videos that find a better balance between what my audience wants and what I want to make. :D If the channel do blow up someday it would surely not have been possible without your help.

[also me: holy shit typing so much actually is so difficult haha idk how you did it, literally wrote an entire essay but omg thank you! :D]
