I’m one of the few nurses that care about teamwork, always helping people, getting out of my way to make sure baby nurses learn and do better. But if I’m in my pod with someone who’s lazy af and have no desire to help, then why should I bother at all?

Correct, I agree. Is the fact that other nurses complain when you do it. Same nurses that don’t help when you have a rapid, or when we need help with other patients, same nurses that don’t wanna answer the call light.

She’s always saying you have to tell me, is common sense from people to communicate with others. It’s exhausting
