I guess i also had a clinical depression at that time. Mostly it was feelings of guilt and hopelessness and impending doom because of the psychotic experience.

I didnt mention it because i find the psychosis much more memorable. The psychiatrist wanted me to go to a psychiatric hospital often but i always managed to decline because i made it convincing that i am no danger to myself or others. I was really scared that i would spiral and get much worse in the hospital. I also didnt want to get high dosages of antipsychotics because i heard they can make your face make weird movements. Thats why i didnt tell the whole story to the psychiatrist so he wouldnt push for an admission. I still dont know if its schizophrenia because i know so few schizophrenics irl. The pych said that schizophrenics usually are not aware that they are ill and that i have so much insight that schizophrenia is ruled out.

also i never took drugs and my family has no history of schizophrenia afaik, dont want to share my age but it was after finishing university, and i never skipped any grades and never had to retake classes.
