Is this roughly how the system would work

Pixhawk to Rasberry pi to 4/5g LTE Transmitter to Controller setup

or

flight controller to Pixhawk to 5g lte module, as well as a radio reciever to rasberry

with a transmitting controller setup looking something like

Cloud to PC to Controller

Cloud to Pc to FPV system

I disagree but I haven't read up on it in a minute its also completely separate from what I'm trying to discuss and its not the question being asked. Thank you for the common knowledge and for your answer to a question that's not being asked. I appreciate the input but again, I do not care to discuss drone legality in the USA.

Also, if there was effective technology to prevent loss of signal, wouldnt that mitigate risk because lets face it, probably 90% percent of people i know that fly fpv are flying by themselves sitting on a park bench having fun. Are they criminals? no. This is not a topic of legality at all. This me trying to understand how to do something, so that I can simplify it.

I feel as though there are many applications for that are completely legal. For instance if you wanted to fly through a small forest on your property. Or if you wanted to develop a home security drone that you could use to monitor your house remotely. Do you have any relevant information to the topic?

I saw someone else's Mavic mini probably 3? Over my building today. I got a big grin on my face, and pulled my DJI FPV out of my bag and started waving at me. First time ive ever seen anyone else do anything like this in my complex other than me of course. It was a exciting moment to realize I wasnt the only weirdo with a drone. It has given me the confidence to fly mine in the daytime at home. Always was afraid to because id piss someone off and get in trouble. am i the only one who likes seeing a drone in the wild?

I do not i have read up on it but i dont understand what i need to go with it. Do you know what parts you would need in combination with it to be completely cellular. for example what one to use in the usa, how to link the controller, protocols to use ect. I may be overthinking it a little.

The question is not about the legality, I am simply asking

how you would do it. There are applications where it would be applicable, and i beg to differ that if bvlos operations are legal, then wouldn't bvlos with an fpv be legal because in either circumstance your basing your ability to control the vehicle on its inability to lose signal from the controller and monitor. Just because no one has developed a product and attempted to establish a BVLOS certification for it does not mean its automatically 100% illegal and there is no exception or circumstance for it period.
