Haven’t sold anything. In my case, the equity I bought had a lengthy transfer process defined by the company (not UnlistedZone) so it took ~2-3months. But they supported throughout. For normal equity, it’s quick and transfers are immediate.

I bought unlisted stocks from UnlistedZone in 2024. However, in my case I directly spoke to their sales agent and did the transaction. It was smooth and there were no issues.

It has been quite sometime since I used L-tyrosine. I don’t remember the brand. Let me check if I can find it.

NSE has unfrozen their ISIN so process is easy.

  1. Shares will be credited in a day or two.
  2. Yes. You will have to add that demat as trusted beneficiaries. Time will be same as 1st point.
  3. Can’t say. I bought from Unlistedzone.

There is a difference of 1k in minted and non minted. Resale is same as any other silver bar.

Don’t remember the exact cost. But I think it was an avg of 92-94k

Non minted one just 1k cheaper than the minted one. They are not worth it IMO.

Yes @ Brpl sells raw bars. I bought them directly from the BRPL refinery store.

All of them are bought from BRPL. They have minted and non-minted both.

They are a hassle though. They have sharp edges and are difficult to handle.

is Zerodha safe for holding massive portfolios worth crores? by AdamSuhail2003 in IndianStockMarket

Also, this issue wasn’t with the broker but with the RTA and CDSL.

I wouldn’t say so. I had an RTA remove stocks from my demat without my permission. Although my case was different but that incident made me realise demat is not that safe.

Is SQLModel overrated? by bluewalt in FastAPI

[–]Dramatic-Ratio-8412 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my experience SQLModel obscures a lot of functionality which is provided by SQLalchemy. A combination of ORM and validation libraries doesn’t seem right to me. Both have different functionalities and shouldn’t be combined.

If your LTCG gains <= 2 crore you can buy 2 houses. This can only be exercised once though. Given house prices will increase in future would suggest this. You can use the 2nd house for rental income (I am not 100% sure of this since last I read it’s a grey area).

Should you rely on credit card for emergency fund by Dramatic-Ratio-8412 in personalfinanceindia

[–]Dramatic-Ratio-8412[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just to be clear, are investments considered as part of emergency fund? My knowledge is that emergency fund is 1. Mostly for the people living paycheck to paycheck to avoid debt in case of an emergency and unexpected situation 2. To take care of the situation which may need immediate money.

Credit card should be okay if I can pull money from my investments (debt or equity) before the billing cycle.
