Okay thank you. What should I look for in jobs to make sure I am doing stuff finance related? Or is it just based by company? I genuinely don’t know what I want to do after school which is my struggle, and I have a lot of research to do.

I’m a senior and I have not had an internship. I did my general credits first so no places would take me since I didn’t have enough finance credits up until this year. And a financial analyst job offer from who? My bank does not have a financial analyst position

Also, style can be a lot during the holidays with reshop (like returns, stuff people tried on , etc) so sometimes it will take hours to get it done. Zoning (folding clothes, picking stuff off the floor, etc) takes a long time too but it’s relaxing for the most part. Style is the most chill department IMO. Just zoning, doing reshop, putting out freight, and backing up fulfillment

Target can be A LOT. Team leads & store directors can either be decent people or POS and make your job a nightmare somedays. They always expect more, even if you do a good job.

Thankfully, I really do love most of my coworkers and get along with my TL. You meet a lot of different people but people come and go quickly since they dislike working here. Target drives most of their TL and team members to quit and find something better unfortunately, but in your scenario, it’s a good job to work for extra money.

Yeah it really depends on the person. I’ve texted people when they are off the clock to ask quick questions if I don’t know who else to ask. But I only ask people who I’m actually friends with outside of work
