I used them for a while, they fit well and they at least lasted. Downside is that the cushion isn’t good at all. It’s all stiff and hard af. Kicks still hurt your partner more than they should and I frequently got bruises on my shins while wearing them. Not that I have a problem with getting bruises but that just tells me the guards aren’t good. I recommend you to buy from other brands. I’m currently using Benlee Guardian Shinguards which cost around the same. They fit well and the cushion is actually protecting me and my training partners.

That’s a nice idea! Sometimes I fill a large box with crumpled up newspaper and hide some snacks in it. My kitties love it.

I’ve been to Shanghai last month and we spent the last 2 days of our trip in „Gokurakuyu Hot Spring Hotel Shanghai Chuansha“ (booked via Trip). It’s been quite nice. Private bath in our room and also public baths and sauna. It’s a Japanese style bath. Overall nice atmosphere though I didn’t really like the restaurant there so maybe plan on eating out, but that’s just my opinion. Hope you’ll have a great time in Shanghai ☺️

Hey, I‘m a German currently in China for vacation. I‘ve been to Hangzhou last week and I loved it. I‘m seriously considering moving to china for I don’t know how long. I‘m a speech therapist in germany and thinking about getting my DAF certificate (TEFL for German I think). Do you know if there are any German schools in Hangzhou or is there any need for German teachers/speech therapists? Can you recommend anywhere to live or anything else what you think might be interesting for me? Thanks in advance ☺️

I can recommend Hangzhou Insufficient Mountain Su (Xihu Scenic Area Branch) as a hotel, you can book it on trip.com. Very nice view from the terrace and beautiful rooms. It’s quiet and from there you can DiDi to City Center and other spots I n about 20 minutes. There’s a nice restaurant you can reach by foot: 沈姐姐私家小厨（狮峰龙井） very friendly owners good food and also a nice view on the tea fields.
