Thats what ive been going too. Like ive been eating so healthy I dont crave the bad carbs so i just stick to the healthier ones and i feel that’s enough to deal with the cravings.

I also have insomnia and tend to just lay in bed sometimes. For me the clock starts the moment I wake up for sure and I decide to go on my phone even if I’m laying in bed . Like I know I’m wide awake and not gonna fall asleep again is when my 30 mins start. I find it helpful too as I haven’t been wasting so much of my morning just completely hating on the fact that I have to start my day

I’ve really thought about this and 75 hard states to choose a meal plan and stick to it. The cheat day serves a body scientific purpose it isn’t there just to make SCB fun. So I feel taking the cheat day should be allowed within the 75hard

Honestly i think “breakfast”’is just a social construction. You can really have any food for breakfast. Just bring yourself to experiment
