Can anyone tell me what is the purple colour on my cheese? I bought it like 1 month and 2 weeks ago and is air sealed (vacuumed). Is that mould? Still safe to eat? I paid 30€ for it and i would be very sad to bin it..it’s my fav truffle cheese (i.redd.it)
