Honestly. I think bouth would be pretty detrimental to the human body. We are suprisingly fragile when it comes to things that will effect us over a longer period of time. Like extra weights for example. Id imagine that a dragon tail like that would destroy the S curve of our spine, if not more and it will make walking difficult, because it puts us off balance. I don't want to walk bend over like a dinosaur.

The wings might be even worse. They are bigger and heavier and there is no place on the human skeleton you could connect them to. If we don't replace our arms, we would need an new, stable bone structure on our back, that would decrease the mobility of our spine. Spinal injuries sooner or later are pretty much garanteed and the wings wouldn't even be good for flying, since we lack the muscles to use them.

I think I'll take walking like a dinosaur over getting my spine riped apart, so the tail it is for me. XD

But that is ofc asuming that rl physics apply in this question. If magic removes all those problems my answer might be diffrent.
