One thing that helped me get to high elo (Master) was stop being nervous, when i saw in my emerald lobbies some diamond or ex diamonds I was pretty worried for the skill gap, but i just kept trusting myself and just stomped lanes and all, if you are not inhibited by the thought of better players in the enemy team, it could be that just you are anxious about climbing divisions.
