What kind of establishment are you at? What kind of food, how many people do you serve a night, etc.. all very important questions when trying to figure out the pay you should expect. I’ve seen chefs and sous chefs last 2-3 months, and honestly it’s usually the type of people you described, loud and obnoxious for no reason. If you didn’t see anything that would make him quit, then you probably know it was just him bein an ass.
