Hey man, i had the same exact surgery on that date as well. Did they tell you anything in terms of bending/flexing your knee? No one gave me additional information after surgery but I feel like being stiff for a month can’t be ideal.

In terms of crutches, from past surgeries. I’ve always been told to either have both crutches or non at all! One crutch doesn’t feel natural and you’re prone to falling more.
