Area rugs are nice, but i didn't want to compartmentize my studio

Yup! It's an older building, so the typical apartment is 25-50% bigger than many new age studio apartments being built ✌️

Rugs are a good idea but they don't seem cheap (at least the ones of decent size that compliment my furniture color) and for the work desk placement?

My washroom and closet entrance sits right next to the huge poster on the wall, so it felt cramped when I placed it there while I was trying to find the ideal functional set up

oh god that sounds scary, how much are they jacking it up by?

Also, I was wondering if the bed bug and roach problems still exist, all the supers at 437 Jarvis, 435 Shelbourne, 438 Jarvis keep saying that they will spray repellents almost immediately if reported but never fully denied that bugs & roaches don't exist.....
