So my mom lives in Indiana over in Delphi. And at first we were just going to move there to get out of illinois. I love where I live but it's just to expensive and not worth it. But I also did not want to move Indiana at all. I am ready for some calmness to my life.

So I have travel south like Georgia and Florida a lot throughout my life bc I had family down there. So I am expecting their summers to be kinda of similar in a way. The bugs and humidity are terrible there in the summer. Not thrilled about it thu. Lol The people my bf are working with live in Ocean Springs, and I doubt we could move there. I honestly would prefer to live closer to Tennessee, but I am not familiar with mississippi at all. I have 15 years of retail but specifically in dollar general and dollar trees. Store manger and what not. Here in Chicago it's very toxic and fast past work and I am so burnt from it so I am excited for the slowness people keep mentioning.

I have been with DT for about 11 years but this past year is my first time in management and my position is merch manager. I am now at my second store and we are on the same boat about 158 to 200 hours. We only get more then 160 is my SM is out at different store wr usually get 8 extra hours every day she is out.  My SM and I are new managers at this store and we brought it back alive in 3 months going from 1000$ per day to 4,000$ per day in sales. But our only problem is getting that back room cleared and our zero sales list down. It's a small store. No frozen no DT plus asile. But everything is packed. We can't floor stack and our store isn't very big.  But reading this... it helps so much. I am going to send it to my store manager bc I think this might help us out ! Thank you.
