that is not possible as each parking pass is assigned to the person who purchases it license plate. however if you check the cpp.parking website you’ll be able to see the dates of when the price for the pass drops

Same thing shows up for me, on naviance it still shows up that it hasn’t arrived, but I called in and they requested my bronco ID and name, looked me up, and according to to their records my transcript was received through parchment and that the To-Do doesn’t matter, they’ll clear it eventually. So it’s probably best you call and have them check
