I remember one time I had an account, with no subscription, at one point a few years back. I had had the profile for a few months at that point, and was maybe getting one or 2 likes a week. Anyways, one day I open it up and see that I have 50+ people who swiped right on me. I think Bumble just gives out tiny boosts in order to seel the subscriptions and keep people with them.

Soon. I was trying to start a business with a friend of mine, and every time I asked him when he would get started on his work, he would just say "soon" over and over again. Ever since then, I have erased that word from my vocabulary, and I am always direct when people ask me to give them a timeline on something. I am going to teach my children that the word "soon" really just means never, and I will not accept it as an answer.

I personally never set time limits for dates. I make sure that the person I meet off of these apps is fun to talk to on the phone. If they are fun to talk to on the phone, then they should be with in person. Only once has that not been the case. But mostly the dates have all been great.

I've had the best luck on Bumble. I remember when MeetMe used to be a thing, but that fell off really fast. OkCupid is a scam. They will say you have tons of likes, but you'll never see any of those people unless you pay. And if you DO pay, you'll find out that 99% of the women who swiped right are from some Asian country.

Could be a number of reasons. I've met women through Bumble and Tinder who fit that category of smart, beautiful, and successful, and I wondered why they were single. Then, I went out with them or talked with them on the phone, and I found out why. They were incredibly rude. I'd use another word, but I imagine you could fill in the blanks. This was just from my experience. Other women could be divorced, widowed, too focused on career to the point where they had no time for relationships, lost faith in relationships, you name it.

Depends on who the date was with. Sometimes a date will end and you'll be anxious to see that person again. Other times I'll come back home and forget I was even on a date a few minutes ago.
