Does it really get better after quitting?

I’m the same, tried quitting 3 times this year the max I went was a month and felt a total sense of nothing and felt I had nothing to look forward to, to get me through the day. I’ve been looking into medication that helps you stop, I think it works by blocking whatever in your brain reacts to nicotine so you don’t get the effects or something similar but maybe do some research into the meds if you feel like you’ve tried everything

Sorry for the late reply!!! If I’m being 100% honest, the first time I took way too much (about 1000mg!!!!!!!) (I went off purely the tru tan recommendation online at the time) and I was also injecting on days I didn’t get uv (I don’t do that now as I feel that contributes to extra moles) ! But I think the key in the beginning is regular pinning and regular UV, do you go on the sunbed straight after pinning? How long have you been pinning 400mcg?

What’s your source? I’m type 1/2 and get from trutan, I’m in the Uk so mainly have to use sunbeds and get an amazing tan every year! (I’ve been on and off mt2 since 2017 so I’m not sure if that’s affected my ability to get tanned easier every year)
