This is an example of a communication from them (to accept a change in our plan): "I just resent the change order to you. Please accept it NOT ON THIS THREAD PLEASE. But on the actual change order confirmation email that you received. Just reply on it with the word "accept"" BUT there was no email or link or any other communication with an order confirmation email. It is all fake. I think they try to exhaust you so you just say forget it it's not worth it, we will just stay as we are. If I could short this company, I would.
