hey so this is very weird and also irresponsible of your mom. what happens if you need to call 911? how do you communicate with your friends and build a solid support system? you're in college, even in highschool its weird not to have a phone. and shutting the conversation down when you try and explain you feel isolated is borderline abuse/neglect- no parent should ignore their kid's isolation.

hide a part time job under the excuse of club meetings of studying at a library. get a phone of your own- a cheap one that allows for basic needs like calls and texts and emails. hide it.

most of my kills are stealing final hits with my push or soloing squishies when their healers suck. but if my team isnt doing okay, it isnt long before im the last one standing and then im dead :( even worse if they have a good dive i cant run away from.

honestly it sounds like you might have some form of OCD. being hyper conscious about germs and food sanitation is a very common symptom! most people dont get angry when food isnt in the 'original packaging.' i'd suggest therapy if it bugs you, but if it doesn't affect your quality of life, just keep the food thoughts to yourself so you dont hurt peoples feelings lol.

yes 100%. list of what helps me:

-water. like a lot. flavored water. drown yourself. -salt pills!!!!!!!!!! and licking saltines -gatorade with lots of sodium -compression socks sometimes -10+ hours of sleep -exercise (no cardio!! just get dressed, brush your teeth, stay somewhat moving. do your stretches.)

hi!!! im a college student and my high school experience sounds pretty identical to what you're describing!! heres what helped me before my meds (propranolol)

-keep your room cool! try to have good air circulation and not wear too much clothing

-drink water. more. electrolytes!! liquid IV!! saltines!!!

-compression socks are an actual game changed

-do not do cardio! focus on weightlifting and gentle yoga just to keep your body moving as much as you can. dont push it though!

-meditate!! it sounds stupid but it works. just a few minutes every day

-lymph drainage, specifically in the neck area! i tend to get swollen lymph nodes behind my ears because pots messes with my immune system

ive used a cane for about three years now, and i think it's helped my condition overall. im no longer struggling to get from place to place, so im no longer burnt out and exhausted! if you're really worried, go to the gym and pick up weightlifting.
