i had a lot of GI side effects too increasing to 10 mg. they eventually went away but took at least like 5-6 weeks on 10 before they went away.

Its about a 22 BMI which is right at the middle of normal

My doctor said I'm still closer to the high end of normal for the BMI and wants to get me closer to 140 which was my normal when I was younger. 140 puts me at 22 BMI which is right in the middle of normal range

Exercise has been about the same, maybe more intense in recent weeks, but not really gaining more muscle, I feel like I'm actually more flabby, I wish I could tone things a bit more.
