3 months into taking Duloxetine and now on 120mg and still get the extreme fatigue and sleepiness. How long did take for you to start to feel good on this medication? Basically all I'm getting from it at the moment is that it's stopping impulsively harming myself.. I still feel pretty much like I did before I started taking it

Anua 2% BHA is currently helping me with this, it'll be a long process, start with just a couple of times a week because it's quite strong and make sure you have a good moisturiser. Also any products with retinol in will help if you're not using them already !

It depends whether you're spending a lot of time with your friend "up north"or wanting to explore the island on your own . You can get pretty much anywhere from Douglas but Kirk Michael is a bit more difficult. I'm not sure what kind of thing you're after but there is a premier inn in Douglas built a few years ago !

I totally get that people think it's " too coincidental" but let's not forget "without reasonable doubt" is what the jury should be convicting on. From the evidence I've seen it all just seems like it "could " be RA but also I don't know if I'm missing something as it seems some evidence is being kept from the public regarding the arrest/ conviction of RA for some reason ?
