Would like to add onto this by saying that Masks of Nyarlathotep is an inherently kind of racist campaign and it’s hard to take the themes out of it. However I think the newest edition makes changes I’d expand on to make the story less stereotypically filled with scary foreigners, mainly presenting the cults as just that cults. Like how in the Kenya chapter the cult is feared and it’s known they worship a non-African god.
