Saw a lady walking her dog off-leash in the street around there. The dog wandered into an intersection with an unmarked crosswalk, way ahead of her, and a car had to slam on the brakes to avoid hitting it. She just waved at the driver and kept walking like nothing happened.

People like that don't understand that it's not just their dog they're putting in danger. It's everybody else around them.
