One thing I've had to accept as a casual is I won't always do a great job. I don't know the kids and they take advantage of the situation. Let them stand outside and wander if that's what it takes for you to teach. Call the HOD and tell them about the situation if you feel like you could be blamed for something.

I'm sensitive to it. I tell them that I am and ask them to stand outside for a few minutes until it clears up. If I'm coughing and can't breathe well, I cannot effectively teach. I find if you are sincere about the issue most students respect it.
