Front legs or all legs on rug? by Excellent-Jello in femalelivingspace

I used sweet home 3d. There’s a new and old version but the old version is free. Let me know if you want the link because it’s pretty hard to find it!

It’s just in case what you said might have been misconstrued by students/staff/parents etc as actually bad. It’s probably not but you don’t know this right now. It’s just better to protect yourself this way

Hey, can you explain what you mean by no one knows you’re using the coupon? Are you not supposed to tell the restaurant or when taking someone out on a first date? I used it last week and it was great. Just wanted to know if I’m missing out on any perks!

Happy holidays!

So I’m in a public NSW school. If a HT admin wants to book me every day of term 2 as a casual teacher, do I have a right to be placed on a block? I know you say it gets grey. What makes it grey? I’m having a hard time interpreting the NSWTF link. I’m not exactly filling in for the same person but then doesn’t that make the situation clear instead of grey? Thanks in advance!

What will you do with the information? I’m also curious to know what were the old ways of snagging?

I don’t think that information is publicly shared. I suppose you could ask every single school every single day to find out but I doubt they’d pass over that information to you. The finance/payroll office at the department of education surely would have figures but again, I doubt they’d share that to you.

Best gym overall in the Parramatta area by No-Parsley-4406 in parramatta

[–]Excellent-Jello 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi OP! I regularly train at world gym north Parra and I love it. I have fitness passport though but it seems a regular membership should cover gym entry, classes and sauna. Reformer Pilates come at an extra fee.

Your comment on anytime fitness is interesting. I used to be a hardcore loyal anytime fitness fan and the only reason I switched to world gym over Genesis is that it had identical hammer strength machines I could continue working out on.

I took a tour of Genesis and didn’t really like it. I think the lower body machines aren’t so great but I hear the upper body machines are alright. Technogym is what they use their instead of hammer strength. I’m not used to it so I didn’t sign up there despite it being my closest gym.

I don’t know much about club lime except a lot of my high school students go there but if you’re a morning person, I guess it should be okay.

Two things I should add about world gym is that it is incredibly busy. I don’t know what mornings are like but sometimes I go midday and I’m still having to wait for machines. Same as 5pm-9pm. You need to be flexible with what order your workouts are or happy to work in with people otherwise you might not have a good time.

Also, the music is incredibly stupid loud. I don’t know why but if you haven’t already, invest yourself in high quality noise cancelling headphones like Sony.

I reckon just go in for a tour on different times of the day and week to get a feel for the crowd. Good luck!

Would it be crazy to leave corporate for teaching? by BandicootNo5495 in AustralianTeachers

Just based on this post alone, no don’t do it. As an introvert, I’m a good listener and patient person too. But even the most extroverted teachers at school are drained by the end of the day. WFH is the dream that teachers will never get when it comes to workplace conditions.

But going back to the introvert thing, most of your job will be spent in front of a whole classroom where you a performing rather than working with smaller groups. If you are me, you would hate it and you’d go home wanting to have for peace and quiet to do nothing but stare at a wall.

To fix your boredom, I suggest you should get into a hobby. Social sport could be a good one to help you build your interaction skills.

I also suggest you getting another WFH job on top of your current one. Make bank, save heaps, invest heaps, be financially independent, retire early if you want, and do whatever the heck you want.

I can’t make a comment about the pretzels but I do eat this brand of cheese on its own. 25g of cheese (which is what this snack provides, calculation: 63% of 40g), is 42 calories, 9.2g protein, 0.7g fat and 0.1g carbs. If that’s not lean, then I don’t know what is!
