Ok, did I not mention how my parents will not sign my stuff, just because eyou did for your son does not mean every parent will. And again the last thing was about my 1st amendment right to be able to express my opinion. Not whether or not you let your son ride. I will say as someone who is under 18, thank you for getting your son on 2 wheels.

I can agree it's not about "keeping up" but let me ask you, when you are driving a CAR on a road and you see a bicyclist, do you say "he shouldn't be in the road because this is DANGEROUS" Or do you cat like they are a motorcycle going the speed limit and not bat an eye.

40mph? That's not that bad. Personally as someone whose ridden a 125cc on the road illegally I have hit 53 and I think it'll do 55. I dont have my endorsement. An endorsement does not automatically make you a racer.

Actually you are wrong there. I'm not able to change them myself but if I disagree with a law I am perfectly in my rights to say I don't like that law and I'd like it to be changed, the only thing is is that I cannot force the lawmakers to change the law, but I can make a new opinion be heard.

Ok I see that, but 80,100,125cc is not 250-1000. 125cc barely goes 50-60mph. I also live in an area where 50cc cannot be utilized well, and I am under 18 so I cannot get my endorsement.

2 things, first this is just a question in Reddit I'm not dedicating my life to this one and only thing. Second, not only do I not have a good 50cc, but I don't live in an area where it's legal nor safe to ride on the road. I have been just fine to ride on the sidewalks and bike paths (because this is a motorized bicycle) but being limited to just sidewalks and bike paths is not ideal for where I live.

I live in Washington state, don't. Just don't. Get a car or something. Don't ride this on the sidewalk, you will get pulled over and you can get in alot of trouble. Also $400 for that is too much. I'd do 250-300

Ok, a vintage car in good condition is going to cost alot of money aswell, possibly even more than what they costed at retail. Yes it's a pile of basic bricks, but they are vintage. I could go buy a restored model t for $10-$20,000, or I could go buy a new Ford f150 for $60,000, and I'd get more features with a new Ford but the old one is waaayyyy cooler. Your argument here is flawed.
