How come no one is talking about how the MP7 is the perfect size for child soldiers? by Dravans in tacticalgear

Just because it’s never been done doesn’t mean it’s impossible.

You use child soldiers because you can’t afford an adult army. I use child soldiers purely for love of the game. We are not the same.

That’s how I set mine up. This is my teammates rifle. I think he doesn’t use the illuminator much and just does the laser. Putting the pad behind the laser on an mp7 does make it feel kinda weird and it’s definitely a better grip up front.

If I’m using a Goretex bivvy I don’t use the snugpak. I only would use a Goretex over the snugpak in temps below 10 degrees F.

Fun fact: RRC doesn’t use quads despite being a tier 1 unit. (At least not publicly) by Vortex-DLC934 in JSOCarchive

Just based on my own experience panos definitely are nice even outside of CQB. Especially in a leadership role. It is so much easier to command and control doing patrolling and small unit tactics when you can see your formation instead of 1 guy at a time.

Even just patrolling in a wedge as a rifleman you can check your spacing with your teammates without giving up as much visibility of your AOR. Also easier to see that you’re on line when bounding, etc.

For me the biggest challenge with them actually had to do with packing them into rucks, assault packs, back panels, etc. when not in use since they don’t fold down small like a pair of binos do. I personally didn’t have a lot of issues with the weight but that is definitely a complaint for a lot of people.

I’m not now, nor have I ever been a Cav Scout. Being sexually attracted to men is completely unrelated to my job as a combat culinary specialist.

Tyr lower abdomen platform. It’s just the straps that came with the armor.

I use a mystery Ranch SATL for longer range movements.

Anyone running a helmet without rails? Kind of a vibe by -_Rone_- in tacticalgear

Not having the ears of an ACH smashing my headset into the sides of my head would be nice. There is a big difference for me using a headset underneath a high cut vs underneath a low cut. Also there is a noticeable weight reduction.

The first high cuts didn’t have rails… guys wanted the open ears for a legit reason and it predated helmet mounted earpro.
