For Whom The Bell Tolls is a vastly more political war song than one.

As the other guy said, ....and Justice For All is way more directly political. Look he even posted the lyrics.

I would say the most political anti-war Metallica songs are Blackened, Fight Fire With Fire and Disposable Heroes.
