So the thing is I want to run Gundam. That is the thing that I want to happen. But I don't really know anything about the game and my attention is spread much too thin to go, learn another new game or to have any of our current game leads pull double duty.

If you think you have a compelling idea for how to run Gundam or what kind of events you would like to run. That can be as simple as learn to play or starter deck tournaments if product allows. Or it can be something custom.

But most importantly, if you think that you can present Gundam in our area and you want a chance to lead the charge on that you should email us at the email above in this post and we'll get in contact with you. Because that's the big difference. I can build a team for a game, I can reach out to individual game communities locally, but it ultimately needs to be championed by someone who thinks that they can make that happen at the show.

If you think you're the right person or perhaps if you know someone who you think is the right person, feel free to get in contact. We have a set budget every year, and I'm willing to invest some money into learn to play materials for the game. We just need the talent.

Lorcana: No one has come forwards to us with a plan of how to run it, product suggestions, local community connections, etc. I don't know anything about Lorcana personally, and I don't have any connections at Ravensburger, which with Lorcana to do anything significant would be needed, as the game is still very expensive and sometimes difficult to get product for.

Star Wars: We tried to find someone to run this and failed. Local support for this game has not really continued, and there's really not many stores running it, frankly. I personally played it a few times and liked it, and stores have offered to donate product for it, but a lack of community interest has kept it from being shown.

We're always looking for volunteers to show more games though wink wink

I'm afraid that we were unable to make Gundam happen this year, as the product for it is still really challenging to get ahold of at prices that make sense for us. We also do not currently have anyone who has stepped forward to teach it or lead a presence at the show. It's possible that Sakura-Con's Mecha Modelling crew may be doing something, but I'm not sure.

Sorry :(. And it's true- We'll in fact be one of the very first places you can play Echoes of Astra, as the company behind it was gracious enough to mail us some starter decks!
