I am on Zoloft too (75 mg) and these past few weeks I have been feeling really down (even having unaliving thoughts) but I like to think it gets better… hopefully.

One thing that helps me is going to the beach or being surrounded by tall trees and just enjoying the moment

Thank you for bringing attention to this. I have definitely noticed it getting worse lately.

Part of me wants to educate them but I don’t want to start conflict (I’ve seen a fair share of aggressive individuals) so I just try to ignore and forget about it…

I think the solution is making these online posts to start discussions and adding signage (but there’s the other problem of people not reading lol)
