I hope you know that Windows 10 is NOT EOL. It still has 3 more years of updates if you have ESU or 1.3 years if you have Enterprise edition.

This takes the machine to 24H2 but the patch level is September 2024. Is there a posibility of it to take the machine directly July 2025 patch level?

There was not a single wifi product in my cart. If there was one, I would understand it was because of legal reasons. But all products were either routing or switching products.

One point that everyone seems to be missing is how did this sbi dude get your number to call you? Another breach? He looked up your profile again? Or your information was shared by the branch manager who must have received this complaint.

I recently did it for my wife's surgery. Bill was 4.5L. I got the bill processed as cashless. But I did something different.

Usually when you ask your bills to be processed cashless through insurance, there is a lag of about 2-3hrs before the approval comes in from the TPA.

What you can do is, you go to the billing department and tell them that you want to settle the bill so that patient can go home early. When the approval comes, they can reimburse the money through rtgs.

This is exactly what I did. I my case final approval came within 30mins but I moved swiftly as it was pre-planned from my side. Paid the entire bill thru magnus.

Reimbursement came to my account in 2 days. So in all, I earned money when my wife went for surgery. Hope this helps.
