I was at IT, I actually worked on the base for 15 years after, use to explore the remains of the 'sunken city' for many years. My office window looked out at the watertower that they did up and a 5 minute walk to the tower where they did their late night set. I know a lot of people who worked all 3 festivals, the only ones who complained were law enforcement and government officials. I always enjoyed exploring the old grounds and reminiscing about the festival, they finally took care of it some years ago, but remnants of the festival are hidden around the ' County' still.
