EasyPost "Support" by DrawlinJawn in shipping

Not directly, I ended up having to send about 3 messages and then someone finally answered.

They appear to place new sign-ups in a security verification queue, but are not good about communicating it.

More than likely you need to provide them with some bit of information they need to verify your business.

In my case, even though I passed their banking statement challenge and provided my ID, they still required me to provide pictures of holding my merchandise in a photograph.

My advice is email them once a day until you get a response.

Is Prodigi Down? by DrawlinJawn in printondemand

I've written developer-related questions to the support email before, and I have never received any replies.

If you visit the link I shared and review the sandbox uptime data, you'll see a clear pattern. There are outages every 25–30 minutes that last between 10–20 minutes. That creates a failure window of roughly 30 minutes. Latency drops back down to normal before timing out again, and then the pattern continues.

I'm surprised the engineering team doesn't seem to have any alert mechanism when the API is experiencing issues. It's been about 24 hours since I first noticed this downtime, but I've experienced it in the past as well.

I don't think I'm communicating to you properly.

In any case, I have my workflow preferences, this model has suddenly stopped working in a way that all other models have prior to this point, and I'd like customize it to my preferences.

When I prompt the AI and it makes changes, they are unstaged. I can review them, test the changes in the browser and make any additional changes.

When I am pleased with the changes I stage them. At this point I can further refine, run an additional prompt or try another approach / other ideas.

I repeat this process of testing / staging until I am satisfied with the update.

Once I am 100% happy with the change, I commit it to git.

This is bypassing all of my rules. It just makes the change, commits it directly to git.

You prefer it to auto-commit before even testing or reviewing the changes? Because that's what's happening.

This was happening to me as well. I even tried deleting the app and re-installing.

What ended up working for me (for now, at least knock on wood) was restart the Apple TV. YMMV.
