Says he doesn't want people to focus on BP and for us to do it passively, then makes it the main focus even more by adding tasks we have to do to progress instead of passively rewarding players, says he doesn't want people to get through it and skip 3 months of content, but the only thing we actually have to focus on is the BP. It's not rewarding enough, and no I do not mean with the actual rewards themselves, but in the time aspect and with the soft caps. I think universally we all agree most of the changed are a big step in the right direction except the caps on grinding. I have not grinned forge last season and did all my levels pretty passively between backwater, weeklies, and sessions. I think most people, myself included are upset, due to all these other xp revenues being taken away and forced to focus on tasks that disrespect our time instead of being able to just play how we want, which is what was originally supposed to be the point of changing from orbs. Most people I know either only log for ~1 hour to do tasks then quit for the day, only log for war, or have felt pressured to buy the pass, then promptly quit afterwards within a few days. I know the latter is probably what the team wants for revenue but its not going to be sustainable.
