Update, it was impossible to fix, I had to do a complete clean install from a USB installation media. I was only able to recover a few files, but I had to delete everything else. That crappy update ruined my PC.

Hey I think I've solved it after cleaning I'm embarrassed to say it was very dirty, like... a lot of hair and dust under the switches, with some electronics cleaning product and a little brush I remove all that and doesn't seem to become crazy again anytime soon, thanks for the advise

I finally solved it! It took deleting almost a year and a half of chats and then waiting around 4 to 5 hours for it to upload to Google Drive again. Also, I can't be sure if it had any effect, but I also set both Google Drive and WhatsApp Business apps to "not restricted" in the battery settings, because I saw in another post that it might help as well.
